“I’m not making accusations,” he replied calmly. “But it would be helpful to gather more information. Installing small cameras in shared areas of your home may help you observe interactions during the day.”
He paused before adding another thought.
“She clearly feels comfortable with your mother-in-law. That’s something to keep in mind.”
That evening, after Michael went to take a shower, I ordered several small monitoring cameras online and quietly installed them in the living room, dining area, and hallway.
